We accept Medicaid, Medicare, most private insurances and provide a sliding-fee scale based on family size and income.
What are AxessPointe’s Procedures for Patients Without Insurance?
No worries, our procedures are simple. Call our office and make an appointment with one of our healthcare providers. Let the scheduler know you do not currently have insurance, or you have a co-pay that is more than you can afford.
You will be asked to bring proof of income documents to your appointment. Our staff will answer any questions you have about what documents to bring.
Then you simply show up for your appointment and complete our new patient forms. You will turn them in along with the proof of income forms you brought. That’s it! You can now head in for your appointment.
Finally, for additional reassurance, AxessPointe also offers an interest free monthly payment plan for patients. We truly have you covered.
What Services Does AxessPointe Offer the Uninsured?
AxessPointe offers the same services to ALL patients, regardless of their insurance status. These services include appointments for medical, dental, women’s health, mental health, and bloodwork. Additionally, we have a pharmacy exclusively for our patients. All medical services and pharmacy charges are determined by the sliding-fee scale established during your intake.
