Doing so will save you time during the registration process at your initial visit. If you do not have health insurance, please review our sliding-fee scale. We do not turn anyone away because they are uninsured or unable to pay.
PATIENT PORTAL
The Patient Portal is your personalized health information site. This tool allows you to see upcoming scheduled appointments, a list of current medications and recent lab results. At your first visit with us, we will setup your username and password during the check-in process.
VIRTUAL VISITS
AxessPointe is now offering virtual visits for our current patients!
Virtual visits allow you to see your provider without leaving the comfort and safety of home. Virtual visits are available by using a computer, tablet or smartphone.
